If you’ve been following along for a while, you might have noticed a change—Zillennial Therapy is now Zillennial Intimacy. And if you’ve landed here wondering why, let me walk you through it.
The Why Behind the Name Change
When I first started Zillennial Therapy, the focus was clear: providing therapeutic insights, tools, and resources for clients navigating relationships, intimacy, and personal growth. But as the work evolved, so did the vision.
Over time, I realized my passion and expertise were centered on something deeper than therapy alone—it was about intimacy. Intimacy isn’t just about sex; it’s about connection, trust, vulnerability, and the ways we relate to ourselves and others. This name change reflects the heart of the work I do now: helping individuals and couples build stronger, more fulfilling intimate connections through coaching, education, and self-awareness.
Therapy vs. Intimacy Coaching
While therapy remains a crucial part of mental and emotional well-being, Zillennial Intimacy broadens the scope. Intimacy coaching allows me to support clients in exploring emotional and physical intimacy in ways that aren’t limited to traditional therapeutic models. This change also aligns with how I can reach and support people across state and international lines, offering virtual coaching services no matter where you are.
What’s Staying the Same?
While the name has changed, the core values remain untouched:
• A focus on emotional safety and connection.
• Practical tools for improving intimacy in relationships.
• Inclusive, shame-free conversations about sex, pleasure, and partnership.
For those who found me under Zillennial Therapy, don’t worry—you’re in the right place. Zillennial Intimacy carries forward the same passion and expertise, just with a name that better fits the mission.
If you’re looking for resources on emotional intimacy, sexual connection, or relationship coaching, you’re exactly where you need to be.
