FAQs

1. Can we join the session from two different locations?
 

Yes! As long as both of you have a stable internet connection, you can join virtually from separate places. It’s flexible and totally doable.

 

2. What if one of us is nervous or unsure about therapy?
 

That’s completely normal. I will create a non-judgmental space where both of you can share openly, even if you're starting from different places emotionally.

 

3. Is couples therapy only for relationships in crisis?
 

Not at all. Many couples come to therapy to deepen connection, improve communication, or proactively address recurring patterns before they escalate.

4. Will the therapist take sides?
 

Nope. I am are trained to support both partners equally. The goal is not to blame, but to build understanding, empathy, and shared solutions.

 

5. Can we talk about sex and intimacy?
Yes—please do. I am all about real talk, and that includes sex, desire mismatches, and intimacy challenges. Nothing is too taboo here.
